Booking is possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions are possible in the low seasons. The kitchens with refrigerator, deep freezer, dishwasher and stove are situated in the awnings. Our mobile homes are fully equipped with dishes, pots, coffee machine, duvets and pillows. Bed linen should be supplied by you. It can also be rented on site. The objects can be occupied from 3 p.m. or earlier if it is possible. The objects must be cleaned and left on departure day not later than 10 a.m. If you have booked including cleaning, the objects rented must be left swept clean not later than 9 a.m. During your stay you are committed to keep the object in a proper condition both indoors and outdoors. Upon arrival a (refundable) deposit of 100 Euros in cash is due. You will be handed a detailed deposit agreement. After you have received your booking confirmation by mail, a down payment of one third of the total price is due. The rest of the total price must be paid not later than six weeks before the beginning of your stay. You must immediately fill in and return our booking form.

If you cancel your booking (we suggest a travel insurance) until 46 days before the beginning of your booking period, one third of the total price is due between 45 days and 11 days before the beginning of your booking period, 50% of the total price is due from 10 days before the beginning of your booking period, the total price is due.

Should you be able to offer alternative tenants for exactly the same terms agreed , we will usually accept your proposal because it might be too late for new advertising. Should we be able to find alternative tenants – possibly to reduced rates – we will immediately inform you. In this case a possible surplus will be refunded. Should you depart before the end of your booking period, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement whatsoever. We will do our best to let you have exactly the mobile home and the site you wish, but this cannot be guaranteed. An identical mobile home in the same price class on a different site must be accepted by you.
